Since 2002, Crème De La Crop’s mission has been to provide high quality organic produce to our community in a more affordable way.  With all of your support, we have been able to distribute produce year-round through our various membership programs.  We are proud to have been the first contributor for such a movement in our area and thank you for your support, advocacy and friendship over the years!

After thoughtful and heartfelt consideration, we recognize the CSA program is no longer a necessity in our community.  For this reason, we have made the decision to eliminate our CSA program as of January 1, 2017, as well as on-site produce cultivation.  As farmers, there are certain things in life we simply cannot control - Mother Nature and community changes.  We are extremely grateful and thankful for the last fourteen years. We welcome the new challenges and opportunities that lie ahead for Crème de la Crop.

In 2017, Crème de la Crop will begin a new chapter in favor of a variety of community social ventures. These ventures include, but are not limited to, a “u-Pick” berry, pumpkin and Christmas tree farm. We’ll be hosting social events such as locally-produced coffee tastings and on-site vendor events, craft and foodie shows and autumn hayrides.

Our “Farm Store” will remain open to the public.  We will continue to offer and expand upon local, organic foods, pasture-raised meats, dairy products and locally-processed coffee. Our herd of goats and hens will still call Crème de la Crop home. We will continue to offer our farm’s free range, organic eggs. In the future, we will offer our goat’s milk and cheeses.
